Being WOMAN....

Yess.. Its the International Woman's Day today... :-)

And one more fact about it,is that,it was first celebrated on 19th March,1911 (yeah friends On my Birth date..) This year its the 100th IWD...

I thought to write my feelings on this day.. But from where to start??

Ammmmmmm.....?!?!?!?....

And my mind strikes!! It takes me directly to my Std. 4...
Ya.. The Gujarati poem Charankanya in standard four by Zaverchand Meghani, drew my attention towards the power of girl.. Woman..
It portrayed a situation where in a village the Lion comes suddenly.. Every element of life is in the deep scary effect of it..
And then comes a fourteen years old girl in the pic and shows her power as a woman...
She runs after the lion and cause him to run away!
It gave me the first idea about that woman is Shakti Swaroopa..

Then I started noting every lady I came through... I could not found any one of them not having that spark!

Woman is the spark of society which enlightens everybody she meets in her whole life..
From her complex body to her complex feelings she always has to face the challenges and changes in her life.. But she is always loving in all situation..
If we see the journey of her life she starts as the Li'l Angel in the house as a daughter and becomes toy for her elder brother and when grown up she plays the role of the shield against the swords of the world to her family..
Its time to salute their infinite spirit!!

Everybody amongst us knows almost everything what I said here before....
But generally We speak a lot and do nothing!

Have we ever sat and thought about our Mum,Sis,or friend?
Have we stopped our father for being harsh to mum or neglecting her needs?
Have we apologized to our mother after few minutes if we've said something wrong to her?
Have we saved any girl from being a joke in any general places?

There are so many questions to be asked to our selves!
The answers for it may be anything but at the end we all will find ourselves lacking somewhere....

My this post may seem a common one but if even a single person changes his/her view and spirit towards it,it'll be worth writing this...

I'm, from here, saluting every lady in the whole world!!
I bow to them.

And special thanks and regards to my Mum,sis Sheetal, other sisters,my aunts for showing me the women qualities in different spans of their life through their being there in my life.

Here Dholakia Angel says goodbye and happy IWD to you all with her heart full of wishes to become The real Woman in future in her life.... :-)

May the God Bless You all..

Note: >>> I have posted the video of that Gujarati poem on my fb wall..
